Privacy Policy

DealPoker.net is operated by Deal Poker LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect your email address when you join the waitlist, we use it to tell you about DealPoker.net, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- the email address you enter;
- the date and time you signed up, and which sign-up form you used;
- your browser type (for example, "Chrome on iPhone"), to help us spot spam and fix problems;
- a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address, used only to spot repeated spam sign-ups. We do not store the IP address itself.
We don't collect payment details, create accounts, or ask for anything else on this site.
How we use it
- To send you a confirmation that you're on the waitlist.
- To email you updates about DealPoker.net: launch news, pricing, the course, coaching and meetups.
- To answer you if you write to us.
- To keep the waitlist free of spam and duplicates.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. It's stored on our web hosting provider's servers and sent through our email provider, who handle it only to run those services for us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies of its own and doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers. Our pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download it, which shares your IP address with Google. Video previews on our page also load their thumbnail images from YouTube, and if you press play, the video is served by YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube and Google Fonts are Google services; see Google's privacy policy.
Unsubscribing and deleting your information
You can stop our emails at any time: reply to any of them with "unsubscribe", or email info@dealpoker.net. To have your information deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll take care of it.
Keeping it safe
The waitlist is stored outside the public part of our website, where it can't be downloaded, and only the owners of Deal Poker LLC can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Age
DealPoker.net is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we make a significant change to how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email.
